All orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within a short timeframe after purchase. Once your order is processed, it is handed off to our trusted shipping partners for delivery. Our standard delivery time is up to 2 weeks max from the shipping date. Most orders arrive sooner, but delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or high-volume periods. Please note that the delivery timeframe provided is an estimate, not a guarantee, although we do our best to stay within this window.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on destination and promotional offers available at the time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your package’s progress directly. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier’s system.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate address information at checkout. Snatched Girl is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
